This event is designed to engage the professional Interior Design community across Ontario, as well as those who are interested in learning more about interior design, the field, and how to work with an Interior Designer.
Tuesday, Sept. 27 – Educate Stream
ARIDO will host a speaker series with a focus on sharing consumer best practices for interior projects, and demystifying the Interior Design process, and how to work with an Interior Designer for residential or commercial projects.
Wednesday, Sept. 28 – Advance Change Stream
Panel presentations led by ARIDO members and their clients showcase the work of qualified interior designers. See the demonstrated impact of great interior design on spaces and the people who use them.
Members and their clients will share design intent, approach and lived experiences:

- ARIDO ROI Project – Sketch – design that supports the engagement of diverse young people, aged 16 to 29, who live homeless or on the margins and navigate poverty to cultivate social and environmental change through the arts.
- Two projects submitted by ARIDO members
Thursday, Sept. 29 – Community Stream
Always wanted to speak to an Interior Designer about your project? Now’s your chance. Registered Interior Designers will be offering design consultations for commercial and residential projects at locations throughout Ontario.
Additionally, high school students in underrepresented communities will be invited to collaborate with Bachelor of Interior Design students in a charrette (design competition).
The day will close with the ARIDO Awards Gala where the design community comes together to celebrate excellence in design.
