Project | To update a tired, well used kitchen with a modest investment
Solution | By keeping the same layout and using cost-effective materials, we created this totally custom looking kitchen.
- Textured melamine panels were used for the cabinets and paired with copper hardware to create a high style look.
2. New luxury vinyl, wood looking tiles in taupe colour tones, add warmth and easy-maintenance durability.
3. The large quartz peninsula replaces the kitchen eating area but also doubles as extra counter space for cooking, baking or serving.
4. Copper glass light pendants add interest both on and off.
5. The custom hood fan is finished in metallic bronze textured tiles creating a high end look for the same cost as a basic hood fan.
6. The multi-shaded copper glass tile backsplash adds high drama. (camera never quite captures the inperson beauty).
7. The bottle water dispenser was replaced with a reverse osmosis system with counter top tap.
8. To open up the space, the wall ovens were moved next to fridge.
9. Tall shallow pantry with doors provides storage without costly pull-outs.
