Project:
To update an ensuite bathroom with a larger soaker tub, 2 sink vanity and all new finishes…all with a lean budget.

- The prefabricated vanity was one of the first elements to select as choices are somewhat limited and the overall concept was developed from there. The black cabinet, walnut trim and gold hardware together with the white quartz counter top and sink, add glamour without the custom price tag.
- Black and gold prefab mirrors and light fixtures build on the theme.
- A wall hung prefab. unit provides extra storage and display area. The textured baskets repeat the natural, wood tone detail.
- As the existing shower & fixtures are unchanged, we selected black faucets instead of gold.
- Oval soaker tub was selected for its length and soft curves to fit into the bay window area.
- The dramatic floor tile in neutral tones of white, cream, taupe, charcoal & pops of gold adds drama to the large floor area.
